Yes, you may change the address for each delivery. Once you sign up, you will get access to a customer portal.

You can log into your account here: https://www.revased.com/account/login (please make sure to use the email address that was used to purchase the subscription).

Once you log in, select "Edit Info" and then "Edit Shipping Address". Don't forget to click save, and just make sure you make the change before your upcoming order has processed.
