Can I pause my subscription?Updated 24 days ago

We don't have the capability to "pause" a subscription, but you can skip an order at any time or schedule your next order to process at a future date! In order to reschedule an order, log into your account before your next order is scheduled to process. 

You can log into your account here: (please use the email address that was used to purchase the subscription!).

Once you log in, find the subscription, and select "Set next date". Select the desired date and click "confirm". You should be all set! :) You can always email us with any further questions at [email protected]!
