Can you remove the indirect signature requirement on my deliveries?Updated 2 years ago
We ship our flowers through FedEx and UPS. As we are shipping a perishable product, FedEx & UPS place an "Indirect Signature Requirement" on our packages. Unfortunately, we can't remove the "Indirect Signature Required" setting from our end, but you can update it from your end!
FedEx: If you click "MANAGE DELIVERY" on the FedEx tracking page, you can sign into the FedEx delivery manager and leave Delivery Instructions. If you leave an e-signature, FedEx will leave the package without a signature.
UPS: If you go to the UPS tracking page and enroll in UPS My Choice (you can either sign up or log in if you already have an account), you can sign in and leave Delivery Instructions. If you leave an e-signature, UPS will leave the package without a signature.
