What should I do if my order arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that. We have thoughtfully developed packaging and we securely wrap each item to minimize any damage during transit. That being said, flowers and plants are delicate and perishable products, and from time-to-time damage may occur. If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right for you.

Within 48 hours after your flowers or plants are delivered, please email us at [email protected] with (1)  a picture of the full bouquet or plant, (2) a picture of any damaged stems, and (3) a brief explanation of the damage. While damage during transit is very rare, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please don't hesitate to reach out!
